Sometimes things just go wrong and normally at the most inconvenient of times.
If your house is without power, or in the case of any other electrical problem, please call our 24-hour emergency electrical service on 07789 473173. We will wherever possible assist you over the telephone to avoid an unnecessary visit and therefore cost to you. Where this is not possible we will attend as quickly as we can. We will only attend out of hours if it is considered an emergency. If you can smell burning or you have lost heating in the middle of winter then you will be a priority. We will also prioritise the elderly of infirm.
We will do our best to take care of the situation and begin the restoration process as soon as possible.
